Gadget Repair is a family-owned and operated business located in Chandler, Arizona. Our vision for Gadget Repair is to provide competent, reasonably-priced diagnostics and repair services for Apple iPods and iPhones.
Gadget Repair is a successful company for several very good reasons:
 | Reasonable fees. Many companies providing similar services charge excessive fees for their services. For example, one firm charges $100 to replace a screen in an iPod Photo (4th Generation). Another firm charges over $150 to replace a 30 GB hard drive in an iPod Video (5th Generation)! At these prices why bother fixing the old gadget. Just put the money toward a new one. However, you have the opportunity to use Gadget Repair. We can replace the screen on that same iPod Photo for about half the cost at the other firm. That broken 30 GB hard drive in the iPod Video? | Complete Inventory. If you look closely at the parts and services offered by other companies, you may notice that some companies offer a very limited list of parts and services. One company only replaces screens and batteries. What happens if the diagnosis shows a new logic board or headphone jack is required? The owner of that gadget is out of luck and now has to find a better equipped company. Pick the right company the first time. One that maintains and has access to a complete inventory of screens, logic boards, batteries, headphone jacks, hard drives, screws, connectors, cases, click wheels, and so on.

| Competent Technicians. Many companies hype their "Certified" technicians. The question you should ask yourself is, "Who certified them? The Manufacturer?" The certifications that many companies mention are provided by the repair companies themselves. Is this wrong? No, but it can be misleading. There is no single organization that "certifies" all the MP3 repair technicians across the Country. We all agree that using "qualified" technicians is a necessity. Qualified means having the abilities, qualities, or attributes necessary to perform a particular job or task. The use of titles such as "Certified" Technician, in our minds, can be deceptive. At Gadget Repair you get qualified technicians. Their qualifications come from hard work and experience in diagnosing and repairing all kinds of gadgets.
