Gadget Repair can get your gadget back in working order with minimal down time and hassle. Here are the necessary steps:
Step 1: Order the Diagnostic Testing service from our website by adding it to your cart and proceeding to Checkout. Your credit card or Paypal account will be charged for the return shipping only.
Step 2: Send your gadget to Gadget Repair using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Instructions on where and how to send your electronic device will be emailed to you once you complete the online ordering process.
Step 3: When your gadget arrives at Gadget Repair we will professionally diagnose it and contact you with our findings and a repair quote, typically within 24 hours (Monday through Friday) of receiving your gadget.** You will have a choice of approving or disapproving the repair quote. We will not perform any repairs without your consent. If you approve the repair we will charge your credit card or Paypal account for the necessary part(s) and a technician will perform the repair. Your repaired gadget is then returned to you, normally by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. If you do not approve the repair, we can offer to buy your electronic device for salvage value or return it to you via the same mailing method. Postal Insurance is highly recommended but only added at your request.
**Some intermittent problems may take additional time to properly diagnose, but we will contact you within the same 24-hour time period to give you a status update on your Diagnostic Testing.
Shipping Insurance: We highly recommend you purchase shipping insurance when mailing your gadget to Gadget Repair. The USPS fee for $300 of insurance coverage is about $5.00.
With iPhones and iPods costing several hundred dollars, the price of insurance is cheap when compared to the cost of replacing your electronic gadget. Gadget Repair, LLC is not liable for any damages to your gadget during shipping or lost packages.
